1. Project
The Artist will be responsible for creating a visual identity for the Client. The visual identity will include a logo design & a set of social media graphics.
2. Deliverables
The Artist will deliver the finalised design files (the Final Deliverables) that have been approved by the Client in a PNG or EPS format. Additional file formats can be delivered if requested by the Client in writing before the contract is signed.
3. Payment Terms
Fees are due and payable on the following schedule: Initial Payment - £500 GBP to start the project. Final Payment - £1500 GBP to purchase copyright and receive all of the files listed in the Deliverables.
The Initial Payment is required within two business days of signing the Design Quote & Agreement. Ownership of copyright will only be transferred when the Artist receives the Final Payment and the Final Deliverables have been completed. Payments are non-refundable. The Client acknowledges that the Artist will not work for free on any terms. The Artist must be compensated before the project begins.
Total Project Quote: £2,000 GBP.
4. Project Time Frame
The Artist shall prioritise performance of the services outlined in the Project as may be necessary or as agreed upon by the parties, and will undertake commercially reasonable efforts to perform the services.The Client agrees to review any Deliverables within three business days and to promptly either, (i) approve and accept the Deliverables in writing (which will then become the Final Deliverables) or (ii) provide written comments and/or corrections sufficient to identify the Client’s concerns, objections or corrections to the Artist.
In addition, if the Client’s communications involve more than one source, the project will be delayed until the Artist is able to communicate with a sole individual, a single point of contact. The Client acknowledges and agrees that Artist’s ability to meet any and all schedules is entirely dependent upon Client’s prompt performance of its obligations to provide materials and written approvals and/or instructions pursuant to the Project and that any delays in Client’s performance or Deliverables requested by Client may delay delivery of the Deliverables.
If the Client becomes unresponsive during the project timeline for any period longer than fifteen business days without contacting the Artist about any delays or reasons for absence, the entire project outlined in this agreement is cancelled. The Artist must alert the Client five business days prior to cancelling the Client’s project. In the event of a cancellation, the Artist owns all of the copyright to the work they produced during the project. The Artist can refuse to work on a cancelled project.
There are no set time frames or schedules the Artist must follow for this project.
